Screen printing is the most common method we use, with roots tracing back to ancient China and still relied on to produce millions of shirts around the world today. It is the most cost-effective option for bulk orders and works well across a wide range of garments. The ink is printed directly onto the garment, bonding to the surface and settling into the fibers to create a durable imprint that matches the life of the shirt. We have a wide variety of stock ink colors and Pantone matching capabilities for consistent branding across the board.

Embroidery gives your apparel a clean, elevated look with your artwork stitched directly onto the garment. Hats are the most common choice and polos follow close behind. We can also produce 3D puff embroidery for added depth and dimension.

DTF transfers are versatile and work well for both small and medium run jobs, with the added advantage of being perfect for low quantities, one offs, and sampling when needed. The design is printed onto a film and then heat pressed onto the garment, allowing unlimited colors and excellent detail for complex or photorealistic artwork. They’re also great for practical uses like inside neck labels. Most transfers hold up for 80 or more washes, giving you durability on par with other decoration methods.

Laser engraved leather and leatherette patches are one of our most popular options, especially for hats. These patches are cut and engraved, giving you a clean, modern look that’s extremely on trend. There’s no minimum order, so you can get a single custom hat with your logo or scale up for a full team or business. The heat activated adhesive on the back creates a strong, long lasting bond, and we also offer these patches wholesale for other shops or brands that need a reliable supplier.

Heat applied products cover a wide range of premium patches like PVC, embroidered, FlexStyle, Print Stitch, sublimated designs, and more. These patches add depth, texture, and specialty finishes that aren’t possible with traditional print methods. They’re applied with heat presses to create a strong, durable bond and are great for hats, jackets, bags, and other structured items. Most patches are made by partner suppliers and applied to the garments by us in house.
