Our DTF Printing Process

1. Artwork Preparation

We receive your artwork and prepare it for DTF output. Color adjustments, sizing, and layout. Halftoning when desired. 

2. Film Printing

Your design is printed onto DTF film with adhesive backing.

3. Curing & Powder Application

The adhesive powder is applied evenly and cured for proper bonding during pressing.

4. Heat Pressing

We press your garment using a heat press and the adhesive locks onto the shirt, creating a long-lasting, durable finished product.

Is DTF better than screen printing?

DTF is great for small orders with lost of colors in the artwork. Screen printing is better for larger orders where the setup cost can be absorbed by more shirts. Ultimately DTF is just another decoration method that we like to use at key times when it's most cost-effective for the client or when the project requires it.

Does DTF crack or peel?
